John Ulrich Moeckly

John Ulrich Moeckly was the second child born to Johannes Ulrich Möckli and Frederica (Huglin) Moeckly. John was born on the farm near Crocker, Iowa on 06 June 1859 and died 10 November 1940. John married Ella Sexauer (1867-1950) on 01 March 1884. They had four children, William J. Moeckly (1884-1963), Ira Moeckly (1890-1891), Pearle (Fleming) Moeckly (1892-1967) and Leroy August Moeckly (1902-1992). John and Ella are shown here in their wedding picture from 1884.
